Me and a bunch of my friends, we decided one day to pack our bags and to fly away to Florida. Thanks to you, we could get to know every inch of and crisscross the whole country. As to the comfort, the house we rented could no problem compete any five-star hotel. Besides that, unlike in a hotel, we did not stay cut off from the world and could get to know local culture and life.

Our house in Suwanee Ga was made by Lennar Homes and is very unsafe. I stepped on a carpet staple and got a hole in my foot because they left it bare and uncovered. I also called them twice to fix my porch, because puddles kept on forming after rainfall. They kept saying that there is no problem with the porch. We even brought out a level to show it was uneven, but they were still too stubborn to listen. After they were done ruining it, it looked even worse.
The region is made up by Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. Single family homes are by far the largest number of starts, followed by multifamily townhomes. Its location on this page may change next time you visit.
To be honest, we were a bit worried at our departure about how everything would be going and come of. Our rented, luxuriously equipped, house offered all the comfort and facilities our family needed. There are also abundant sports opportunities at Lakewood National.

I was forced to close on my home yesterday with a punch list a mile long and spiders living in my home. There’s no guarantee on when punch list will be completed. Please save yourself the frustration and go with another builder. I was very close to walking away from the house yesterday. All I’m hoping is that I can help steer another potential buyer away from them.
